HOMEMADE LEMONADE

Lemonade: sugar, water, lemon juice. Easy, right?

Well, the problem is that if you just stir all of these together the sugar will sink to the bottom.so I thought ill show you how to make the perfect lemonade.

Ingredients

1 cup of sugar

1 cup water (for the simple syrup)

1 cup lemon juice

2 to 3 cups cold water (to dilute)

But the proportions will vary depending on how sweet and strong you like your lemonade, and how sour your lemons are to begin with.

METHOD

1.Place the sugar and water in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Stir so that the sugar dissolves completely and remove from heat.

2.While the water and sugar is heating , juice your lemons. Depending on the size of the lemons, 4 to 6 of them should be enough for one cup of juice.

3.Pour the juice and the sugar water into a serving pitcher. Add 2 to 3 cups of cold water and taste. Add more water if you would like it to be more diluted (though note that when you add ice, it will melt and naturally dilute the lemonade). If the lemonade is a little sweet for your taste, add a little more  lemon juice.

As a little tuch you could add a ribbon or a bow to the glasses your drinking from. (I find this would be cute if your making the lemonade for a party)

How To Be A Morning Person

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Most of us would love to be morning people. We’ve heard about the benefits of waking up early time and time again. But it’s easier said than done, and good intentions alone don’t go very far. You need actionable, can-do strategies to make lasting changes.

So here are a few tips to help you become a morning person…

TIP 1 :

First of all (stating the obvious here) you have to set your alarm clock. Although it is important to learn to wake up earlier as a matter of will, your alarm clock is the main source of helping establish your new routine when changing over your sleeping patterns. Make sure your alarm clock is loud, Who wants to lay there asleep with an alarm clock blaring so that it sounds like a fire engine? And keep your alarm clock far enough away that you have to get out of bed to turn it off, The effort of having to rise from bed to turn it off will be enough to start waking you up properly.

TIP 2 :

you’ll need to sleep earlier and that can be hard if you’re used to using the later hours of the night for activities such as reading, watching TV, or writing. Consider going to bed earlier in increments. Start with 15 minutes earlier, with the expectation of getting up 15 minutes earlier, then gradually increase this to half an hour and then to an hour. If you do this gradually, it will give both your body and your mind time to adjust to the earlier sleeping and waking times. It will also allow you to find your happy medium between too early and too late.

TIP 3 :

Let the light shine in. Our brains are naturally very sensitive to light and temperature, which means you won’t sleep as well after a certain time of morning. Tricking your body into thinking it’s still nighttime may actually be disruptive to your natural sleep cycle.

HOPE YOU ENJOYED
